      Where do they ship?

      We currently ship to the entire Mexican Republic. If you are from another country and want to purchase a Genius Depot product, you need to contact crm@talent-network.org.

      Do you have a physical store?

      At the moment you can only purchase our products in our online store and pick up your order at certain delivery branches. Check out our catalog and place your order at https://genius-depot.com/

      Do you accept credit or debit card?

      Of course, you can make your purchase with any credit or debit card through the available payment platforms (PayPal, Stripe or MercadoPago).

      Once I have paid for my products, what should I do?

      We will verify your payment within a period of 24 to 72 business hours and we will confirm the order to the email you registered in your purchase. We recommend that you verify this information very well during the purchase.

      Does shipping have an extra cost?

      The shipping cost is free on purchases over $1,500 (one thousand five hundred pesos 00/100 MXN). If the amount of your purchase is less, it will have a shipping cost depending on the service you choose.

      In how much time will my request be delivered?

      The shipping time of your purchase can be from 1 to 5 business days. Shipments will be made only on business days (taking into account Monday through Friday, except for holidays or non-official working days in Mexico).

      Can I track my order?

      That's how it is. Once your purchase is confirmed, we will inform you of the shipping information (supplier, guide no., estimated delivery date and package details). In case you are not at home, the shipping service company will contact you through the telephone number that you registered in the purchase. We recommend that you verify this information very well during the purchase.

      Can I cancel my order?

      You can only request the cancellation of your order as long as we have not yet confirmed your shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you must wait to receive it if you want to initiate a return.

      Can I invoice my purchase?

      Of course, you can request it up to 1 day after the end of the month of purchase. For the billing request, it will be necessary for the interested party to send an email to the CRM department (crm@talent-network.org) with:

      • Proof of Tax Situation
      • Proof of Payment (from the platform used).
      • Use of CFDIs.
      Your invoice can take between 24 and 72 business hours to reach your email. We adhere to the current tax provisions for electronic invoicing within the period of coexistence with version 4.0, subject to change without prior notice. After 72 hours after the invoice is issued, there will be no changes or cancellations.
      How many days do I have to make a return?

      We hope you do not decide to make a return as we guarantee the quality of our products. If you request it, you must write to the email crm@talent-network.org where you will be given the instructions for sending your return. Remember that you have 20 days from the moment of your purchase to request a return, otherwise it will not be possible to make it.
