When will my order be processed?
Orders will be fulfilled by the nearest fulfillment facility to your address. Please note that orders may take up to 8 days to be processed due to delays caused by COVID 19 and safety regulations in certain areas. Also, orders will be processed between monday and friday. On weekends orders will be taken in, but be processed until monday.
What happens if my order gets lost during shipment?
All orders placed on our site use secure, insured and tracked shipping. But, in the rare scenario that the order gets lost or damaged during transit we will send a replacement product free of charge.
Please understand that the postal service is out of our control and there is nothing we can do if an order gets delayed or stuck at customs. Lastly, if an order can't reach the address because of incorrect details, customer will be notified immediately via email to pick up the package at the local post office.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In order to save our customers money and shipping times we implemented a shipping strategy allowing us to ship our products directly from our specialized manufacturers.
So, it generally takes 10-20 business days for domestic orders and 2-4 weeks for international orders. Please note that most orders will take no more than 3 weeks to arrive. If it takes 4 weeks is only when something unprecedented happens during shipment.
