      By making a purchase from www.geniusdepot.com you agree to these terms of use. www.geniusdepot.com reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions of use, at any time. It is the user's responsibility to check for changes.

      GENIUS DEPOT reserves the right to cancel the account and service to customers who misuse or attempt to commit an illegal act.



      SHIPPING TIMES

      Orders are processed within 48 business hours of purchase.

      Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package so you can track it. Shipments will be made through the XXX parcel service, unless otherwise specified in the shipping confirmation email.

      The customer must be responsible for the tracking of his package using the means provided by www.geniudepot.com



      Delivery times are open from Monday to Friday on working days and there must be someone there to receive the package, if not, it is the customer's responsibility to communicate with the parcel service and agree on delivery.

      The delivery time is 7 to 10 working days, to homes in Mexico and up to 15 working days in extended areas. For international shipments the approximate delivery time is up to 15 working days.

      The delivery time is not guaranteed because there may be problems outside geniusdepot.com that are not in our hands, such as delay in the delivery due to high demand, weather or road accidents, among others.

      If the order is returned to our facilities due to regulatory issues, the customer will be reimbursed only the amount paid for the products and the shipment will not be refunded.

      It is the customer's responsibility to follow up on the delivery of their order and if any problem arises notify geniusdepot@talent-network.org immediately.

      It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that they provide correct and complete information at the time of ordering, such as customer name, street, exterior and interior number, zip code, colony, telephone and email. geniusdepot.com is not responsible for all expenses incurred by not providing correct information.

      In the case of international shipments if there are customs and/or tax charges, these will be paid by the customer and it is his responsibility to present any documents requested by the authority.



      INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

      Any defective item or product that is different from the original order must be notified to geniusdepot@talent-network.org within 24 hours of receipt of the product. If so, it can be changed within the first 30 calendar days from the day the order was generated. Otherwise the change cannot be made.

      Please note that for any defective or incorrect item will be necessary to include a photographic proof, in the mail sent to geniusdepot@talent-network.org , you must add the order number and detail the situation in order to proceed with the return of the product.

      GENIUS DEPOT is not responsible for damages caused by the mishandling of the package by the parcel service (delivery problems, delays, damage, loss or theft are the responsibility of the shipping operator), but we will do our best to protect all items shipped.



      CHANGES AND RETURNS

      At the moment, there are no returns or exchanges.



      PRICES

      www.geniusdepot.com reserves the right to change product prices without notice. All our products will be charged in Mexican pesos, GENIUS DEPOT has no control over the exchange rate applied by your bank.



      CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS.



      In case you request the cancellation of the order, please send an email to geniusdepot@talent-network.org so that the order can be cancelled, as long as it has not been sent,



      If your purchase was paid through OXXO, we ask you to send to geniusdepot@talent-network.org the following bank details in order to make the corresponding refund.

      It is important to send all the correct data www.geniusdepot.com is not responsible if the information sent is not correct.



      If your purchase was paid by bank card or PayPal, the refund will be made automatically by the same means of payment, this will be reflected from 3 to 10 working days later in your account.
