Hands-free Voice Control: For example; "Alexa, set A/C to 77 degrees Fahrenheit." A voice command can activate MOES SMART IR controller to remotely control most Infrared Control Devices.

Customized DIY Copy Function: If you are unable to find the IR device brand in the "smarlife" App, the Programable DIY learning function can help copy the same function from the original controller.

Product Recomendations:

MOES SMART IR will only work with 38KHZ IR, so please make sure your device is an IR control before purchasing. The best way to distinguish IR and RF is by placing your hand in front of original remote and if it doesn't work ,its IR control, If it still works ,its RF control.

DIY function only works with smart phone App control ,not avilable with Amazon Alexa or Google Home.

It only supports 2.4G WiFi connection and Android system 4.4 above and iOS 8.0 and above.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be processed?

Orders will be fulfilled by the nearest fulfillment facility to your address. Please note that orders may take up to 8 days to be processed due to delays caused by COVID 19 and safety regulations in certain areas. Also, orders will be processed between monday and friday. On weekends orders will be taken in, but be processed until monday.

What happens if my order gets lost during shipment?

All orders placed on our site use secure, insured and tracked shipping. But, in the rare scenario that the order gets lost or damaged during transit we will send a replacement product free of charge.

Please understand that the postal service is out of our control and there is nothing we can do if an order gets delayed or stuck at customs. Lastly, if an order can't reach the address because of incorrect details, customer will be notified immediately via email to pick up the package at the local post office.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In order to save our customers money and shipping times we implemented a shipping strategy allowing us to ship our products directly from our specialized manufacturers.

So, it generally takes 10-20 business days for domestic orders and 2-4 weeks for international orders. Please note that most orders will take no more than 3 weeks to arrive. If it takes 4 weeks is only when something unprecedented happens during shipment.

The remote came in a slightly crumpled box. Delivered by new mail (delivered in 2 weeks). not yet checked.

It works fine with IR control like TV or Air conditioner.

The remote quickly reached Peter, Yandex took it as a native, I'm trying to make friends with the remote control from the TV, until I set up, I'll understand. The remote is small, it was packed perfectly in a branded box, sealed.
