Returns & Exchanges
We would love to provide a refund for defective products. The only requirement is for the customer to let us know within 30 days after receiving the product. It is also required to provide proof in the form of images or video of the defects or functional errors of the product. Please send the images or videos to the following email, email@example.com.
If the delivery was incomplete, the package seems to have gotten lost in transit or you weren't able to accept delivery for whatever reason. Please send proof of the tracking information and provide your order number to the following email, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cacenllations are available for no extra expense if the cancellation email is sent within 7 hours after ordering the product. If after 7 hours a customer still needs to cancel the order he/she may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If the product doesn't arrive at your address within 60 days it is possible to request a refund or replacement sending an email to, email@example.com. Aditionally, it is possible to request a refund within 20 days of receiving your order foe whatever reason. Please note that the refund may take up to 10 days to process and be credited to your bank account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is not yet credited to your bank account and more than 10 days have gone by. Please reach out to us at, firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you expedite the process.
